Getting Started

  1. Configure API: Go to Settings and enter your ticket system API credentials
  2. Create Mappings: Map Shopify product variants to external ticket IDs
  3. Test Connection: Verify the connection to your ticket system
  4. Start Syncing: Trigger a manual sync or wait for automatic sync (every 15 minutes)
